Amy Tourte
FOUNDER, MBA, CERTIFIED MEDIATOR
Amy Tourte is the founder of Alette, a platform designed to bring more clarity, structure, and preparation to divorce mediation.
After navigating her own divorce collaboratively, she saw firsthand how much easier the process becomes when people have structure around the decisions ahead. She built Alette to support a better way forward — one that helps people prepare before mediation begins and move through the process with less friction and more clarity.
Her work sits at the intersection of mediation, systems thinking, and product design, informed by 15 years in technology sales and strategic partnerships at LinkedIn, Dropbox, AWS, and early-stage startups.
Alette was built for the way
divorce actually happens.
Amy experienced the divorce process firsthand and came away with a clear conviction: there had to be a better way to move through it.
She immersed herself in every part of the process — the financial complexity, the emotional weight, the logistics, and the quiet deliberation that happens long before formal decisions are made. What she saw was not a lack of intention, but a lack of structure.
So she built Alette — a structured platform for divorce mediation that helps couples organize decisions, documents, priorities, and agreements before sessions begin. Not by telling people what to decide, but by helping them arrive more informed, more prepared, and better able to move forward.
Founder of Alette. MBA, Certified Mediator, and former technology sales and partnerships leader with 15 years of experience across LinkedIn, Dropbox, AWS, and startups.
