Amy Tourte is the founder of Alette, a platform designed to bring more clarity, structure, and preparation to divorce mediation.

After navigating her own divorce collaboratively, she saw firsthand how much easier the process becomes when people have structure around the decisions ahead. She built Alette to support a better way forward — one that helps people prepare before mediation begins and move through the process with less friction and more clarity.

Her work sits at the intersection of mediation, systems thinking, and product design, informed by 15 years in technology sales and strategic partnerships at LinkedIn, Dropbox, AWS, and early-stage startups.
